Modern Earthy Kitchens

More than ever before, today's kitchen designs are taking a turn towards the modern while incorporating raw, earthy materials. I love how the unexpected textures of stone and reclaimed wood take the edge off of cold stainless appliances. Earthy elements breath life into minimilistic kitchen designs. The use of both old and new materials also gives designers the freedom to choose antique, modern, or tranisitonal accents like lighting and furniture.
